Retailers located in the specified PIF areas report and remit their PIF fees via Amenity Colorado, an online platform developed by Elk Valley Public Improvement Corporation for the management of the PIF.
Any entity doing business within a designated PIF area must register an account for reporting and paying the PIF. Accounts may be registered using the Amenity Colorado PIF Portal .https://my.amenitycolorado.com/users/register

PIF returns are due by the 20th day of the month for the preceding calendar month. If the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend, the return and payment are due the next business day.
